DEPRESSION DUE TO A MEDICAL CONDITION

The key symptoms of depressed mood or diminished interest or pleasure in activities associated with other depressive conditions, in the case of Depressive Disorder Due to Another Medical Condition, are triggered (as the name suggests) by the occurrence of another medical condition such as a cerebrovascular accident (CVA) or stroke, huntington's disease or parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), hyperthyroidism, cushing's disease and traumatic brain injury, among others.
